Corrections first. If a fact on this site does not match the listing in front of you, that is the most useful message you can send us.

info@windupandwonder.com reaches us directly, and it is the fastest route for anything specific. Windup & Wonder is an independent publisher run by a small team — there is no call center and no storefront, so email is the only channel.
What we are genuinely useful for
- Corrections. An age grade, battery count, piece count or spec that does not match the manufacturer’s listing. Include the page and what you are seeing and we will check it against the source, fix it, and move the page’s updated date.
- A price that looks wrong. Prices refresh daily from Amazon and expire rather than going stale, so a number that looks off usually means something broke. Worth telling us.
- A dead or wrong link. Toys get discontinued constantly. If a link lands on the wrong product or nothing at all, we want to know.
- A gap. If you searched for something specific and could not find a page for it — a particular age, a particular kind of kid, a comparison nobody has written — that is genuinely useful feedback about what to build next.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. We do not sell toys, take orders, hold stock, ship anything or process returns. If you bought something through one of our links, the order belongs entirely to the retailer — Amazon’s own customer service can see your order and we cannot. The same goes for warranty claims, missing parts and delivery problems.
We also cannot give safety or medical advice about a specific child. What we can do is point at the primary sources: the manufacturer’s published age grade for the toy, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recall database if you are checking whether a product has been recalled.
For brands and manufacturers
We do not accept sponsored posts, paid placements, gifted products in exchange for coverage, or payment for inclusion — see the editorial policy. Those emails will not get a useful reply, and that is not personal.
Factual corrections from a manufacturer are welcome and are treated exactly like corrections from anyone else: checked against the primary source, and acted on if right.
Send a message
The form below reaches the same inbox as the address above. It asks for your email so we can reply — if you would rather not give one, use email directly.
Windup & Wonder is published by Type 5 Marketing LLC. We are a national publisher with no retail premises, which is why there is no street address or phone number on this page — we would rather list nothing than list something that does not reach anyone.
